Obtaining his 1st degree Black Belt in 2008, he has competed at every level, Scottish, UK, European and World level in Korea in 2013.

Obtaining his 2nd degree Black Belt in May 2013 PSBN started to put the wheels in motion to open a school in the local area.

In his spare time SBN is studying a BSc degree in sport and fitness and is a qualified gym instructor and is quite at home flying down a mountain on his snowboard or his mountain bike.

SBN promoted to 3rd Degree Instructor in November 2017 and reached assistant Master, 4th degree, in November 2021.

He enjoys all aspects of Kuk Sool Won but has a particular interest in joint manipulation, pressure points and Korean archery.

“It has always been my dream to open a school, since red belt i think. Finally that dream came true in May of 2016 and it is one of the proudest moments of my life and i still have to pinch myself every time we have class. I am looking forward to seeing the school go from strength to strength and passing on the knowledge and experience i have gained on my journey so far.”
